Leading Age Kansas

LeadingAge Kansas is an association of 160 not-for-profit and mission-driven aging services providers dedicated to supporting the needs of aging Kansans. Through advocacy, education, and networking, the organization empowers its members—who serve nearly 25,000 seniors daily—to help them live fully as they age.

As an umbrella agency, LeadingAge Kansas also operates several specialized entities, including the LeadingAge Kansas Foundation, which focuses on research, scholarships, and workforce development, as well as the EBI (Employee Benefits, Inc.) insurance program and the Value First Group Purchasing program. Their mission is to serve as a trusted voice and knowledge resource, advancing policies and practices that promote quality, innovation, and integrity in aging services throughout the state.
