In early 2020, we engaged Flint Hills Billing and Consulting to do the billing and collections for our skilled nursing community. We had 56.0 days of sales in accounts receivable, 47.9% of our accounts receivable were 90+ days old and I couldn't sleep at night.

Today, we're down to 20.7 days of sales in accounts receivable, only 15.5% of our accounts receivable are 90+ days old and I'm sleeping much better.
